I'm just really busy and sleepy and tired and what have you. New job has magically been spun out to a month now, and looks like it might last a month more. Not bad for what was meant to be a week's work, eh? ^____^ The work is interesting enough, but tiring. It does leave me a little short of inspiring things to write. :)
...proof of that might be the five minutes it took me staring at the screen to remember how to make sentences. @_@ So the rest of this is going to be a bit scatterbrained.
Oh yes! I bought an exceptionally awesome thing yesterday! A bean bag! ^_____^ It makes me exceptionally happy to finally have a bean bag, something I've wanted for a very long time, and even more happy because it's make of (fake, natch,) snow leopard fur. ^______^ It was stupidly expensive, but I couldn't bring myself to leave the shop without it. Now I do have to remember to keep it brushed so it doesn't get matted though. ^__^;;
In other exceptionally happy news, I got given awesomeosity on a stick last night. This. Admittedly this won't mean a lot to many people reading this, but if you don't know you probably don't want to know, and if you do know, lookit! someone drew me Riri! ^_______^ Riri has been a lucky little thing recently, getting art and the infinite awesome of being made in plushie form by Helen. ^_____^ Plushie-Riri will be photographed soon and introduced to the world for she is the most adorable thing.
On a complete tangent from that, I have been having severely odd dreams of late. There was the one with the email virus that turned people blue and made them eat each other, the tigers one, and last night the really, really scary one that made me feel like I was having a heart attack. ^__^;; A really confusing thing wherein I was staying in this hotel-cum-cathedral where they were holding a premiere for this mysterious film about highway robbery that would kill anyone who watched it (honestly. why were there so many people at this premiere? :D) by means of summoning four elemental beasts. You could choose which one you wanted to take you away by using a set of cards. o_0 I can't remember what all of them were, but I had picked up the card for this thing that looked like a little gold fairy, thinking ooh, fairies are fairly innocuous things, only to realize it was going to drag me off to hell. o_0 So I snatched the little silver card with a wolf on which would apparently summon the Virgin Mary. (I know, a) why didn't I pick that card first? and b) what on earth was my brain on at this point? @_@) The really stupid thing, as far as I was concerned, was the number of people who took the great big white kitsune beast card and got mauled when it came into the cathedral and ate them all by summoning zombies. o_0
Katy needs to keep taking her pills. @_@
