After the fallout of the witch ceremony's disastrous Sprite attack, it seems that there is an even more dangerous foe on the horizon, as the Warlocks (male witches) are attempting to claim the Sprites for their own. Alice and co. are given the task of stopping them, but this is delayed for the moment when Sheila's estranged mother turns up in town.
And so Tweeny Witches makes a triumphant return to the blogging roster after a hiatus of god knows how long (and god knows why, as well - I can't remember why I stopped watching!). And with good reason, too - the stylishness and pacing has won me over once again. Plus the 8 minute episodes are ideal given my current lack of attention span (22 minutes for a whole episode of something is pushing it at the moment...) I'm not sure if Alice's crazy humour translates that well (or it could be my "anime not funny" syndrome rearing its dour head once more), but given that I've actually just watched the next 6 episodes in quick succession I guess it doesn't bother me that much...
